I was just wondering, how do you hire your models? Is there standards you follow(looks, people they know) ? How much do you pay a new model vs an experienced model like carla novaes or walkiria drummond?

Cant give any info about payments but i get models in many ways: facebook, e-mail, dance clubs and trannies that already shoot with me giving indications
