In Brasil they have this fixation about nose redutions, exageration about silicone use and cheap plastic surgeries, its a shame

Its hard, some that have too much silicone just cant stay in same position for long time, some just cant be in some specific positions.

very sad to see this, i am sure these butcher plastico surgeons dont explain it fully to anyone the risks maybe only tell them yes it will be fine in a few months. bloody butchers!!!!!! some of these titty jobs resemble the work of a mad scientist in a horror movie. I have seen better work in texas chainsaw massacre films done by leatherface.
