Heading to Brazil for a month

So I have been to Brazil before but dont speak a word of Portuguese. I am flying into Sao Paolo tomorrow (6/11/12) and my driver will be taking me to Sao Jose dos Campos where my client's offices are located. Last time I was there I had no idea where or how to find any girls. I took a cab up to Sao Paolo one weekend and rented a suite at the Renaissance, tried using some of the websites to contact girls but because I dont speak Portuguese and none of them spoke a word of English so they usually hung up on me.

Anyhow I hear Luiz / Louis has been known to help translate for members who travel to Brazil. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
