Gotta give my two cents, in order then:

1: Brazil - the undisputed home of beautiful T-Girls.
2: Colombia - the little sister of Brazil.
3: USA - Got some real hot girls here, they definitely are around. Britney Boykins is right up there but the gulf is very real between the US and the top two.
4: Italy - Great scene here, just not as big as the others.
5: Russia - Lots of potential here, just hope the country can get over a general prejudice.

Why ask this anyway LD? You knew Brazil would be the general winner here. :-)

Yep i agree, but i would put Italy,Brazil and Colombia on the first place due to awesome tgirls. And almost all italian actresses were born in Brazil. Colombia is the same as Brazil.
