I noticed you are using MP4 profile so, with a better camera you can have small files for solo shots and a incredible quality...
I was watching the last video of Viviane Merillo and the quality looks pretty bad
Looks like have been encoded and remuxed and cropped
Try to look for a Sony HDR.
