Why are there so few fetish scenes on brazilian-transsexuals.com and shemalesfromhell.com ? I mean latex, dildo, enemas,costumes. I am keen on Lui's work and i respect it, but i would like to see more such scenes.

My guess is the market just isn't profitable enough. There is stuff out there, but I don't think I'll link it unless LD doesn't mind.
